1. Booking Policy

All culinary experiences require:

• 50% deposit at time of booking confirmation
• 72-hour cancellation notice for full refund
• Special dietary requests must be made at least 48 hours in advance

2. Membership Terms

The Elemental Circle membership includes:

• Annual commitment with quarterly payment option
• Exclusive access to member-only events
• Non-transferable benefits

3. Intellectual Property

All menu designs, culinary concepts, and event formats are proprietary to Ritual LLC.

4. Limitation of Liability

Ritual LLC is not responsible for food allergies or dietary restrictions not disclosed prior to the event.
